Hi everyone, this is Julie, the best travelbuddy from Anna and Matilda ;) I'm trying to learn swedish, but for now it's just english.

On monday we finally took the boat to Gili Trawangan! It's one of the three small islands that belongs to Lombok. We were so excited that we already decided we want to stay here for more than a few days. Pretty much all we did was lay on the beach/by the pool, eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and drink lots of pineapple juice! The first two nights we stayed at Gili Backpackers. But soon we found out that the hostel wasn't that good. The rooms were really small and the power went off all the time, so no light, aircon or charging phones. So after these nights we decided to book another hostel for the rest of the nights. We really liked the hostel and after two days we got a free upgrade to our own bungalow, flashpackers!

They only have bikes and horses on the island, so a nice escape from crowded Bali. We rented bikes and drove to the other side of the island where we sneaked in to a luxury pool from a hotel and stayed there all day. Then we took pictures at the famous swings in the water (big photoshoot ;-)) and watched the sunset in comfy beanbags, such a nice day!

We got to a bar where we saw bitterballen, kaassoufle and broodje kroket on the menu. I have been talking about that for a month now, so they really wanted to try it, so we did! We ate the Dutch snacks and drank Dutch Heineken beer, so good! We did go out a couple of times, there were lots of bars at the island. We went to a pre-drink bar we played beer pong (we won), to sama sama, an open air reggea bar and we went to a beach party. All indonesian guys were so tiny, that even Anna and I felt tall, can you imagine Matilda ;) We loved Gili T so much, could stay there forever!

Nu sitter på vi flygplatsen och väntar på att flygningen hemåt ska börja. Från det att vi lämnade hotellet så kommer det ta ca 24 timmar innan vi är hemma i Sverige, varav ca 18 timmar spenderas i luften. Vi spenderade några timmar vid poolen inn...

Näst sista dagen i Seminyak så vaknade vi upp ensamma i vårat dubbelrum. Det kändes lite konstigt att det bara var vi två i rummet haha! Efter en frukost bestående av yoghurt, flingor och banan så drog vi på oss bikinin och smetade in oss i sololja o...

Sista fredagen lyxade vi till det och gick till en restaurang och åt frukost. Vädret var inte tipp topp, lite små regn ibland och moln men i brist på annat vettigt att göra så låg vi vid poolen ändå, haha! Vi gick upp ganska tidigt, duschade och gjor...

Onsdagen spenderade vi hela dagen vid vår härliga pool, sov någon timme på rummet innan vi gick ut och käka på kvällen. Vi gick till sängs tidigt för dagen efter väntade ett litet äventyr. Torsdag morgon ringde väckarklockan klockan fem på morgone...

Efter ca 40 minuter i taxin så var vi framme vid hotellet. Vi har ett stort familjerum med 2 enkelsängar och en dubbelsäng och ett stort badrum. Hotellet har en stooor pool, en lite mindre pool och en bubbelpool så vi klagar inte ;) Första dagen ...
